The Bay Area Classic

The Bay Area Classic is one of the longest-running regional yo-yo contests in the United States, and has garnered the respect and admiration of Skilled Players from around the world. Regularly attended by players from as nearby as San Francisco and as far away as Japan, the Bay Area Classic is also one of the largest contests in the United States with steady attendance growth every year since its inception.

The BAC is second only to the U.S. National Championships in terms of prestige and competition… and some players actually place more emphasis on winning the BAC than Nationals or even the World Yoyo Contest. California has produced some of the greatest modern yo-yo players in the world, and the BAC is the one contest each year they are all guaranteed to attend.

With a yearly attendance growth of 75%, the BAC anticipates well over 100 competitors this year, with a general attendance of 3,000 people throughout the day. The contest’s proximity to the DeYoung and Academy of Sciences will present Sponsors with an opportunity to have their branding exposed to a significant crowed of proven consumers in a unique engaging, and family-friendly atmosphere.
